9675386-87507 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services in an engaging 7th12th grade charter school environment near Santa Fe, NM. In this role, youll work with a diverse group of students, delivering crucial therapeutic interventions and supporting student success in a flexible, student-centered setting. This position is available immediately and runs through the end of the school year (May 28th).

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active NM OT license and NMPED credential required Relevant experience in school-based occupational therapy, home health, or healthcare environments preferred Confidence working independently with middle and high school students Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans Strong communication and documentation skills COTAs will be considered with access to a virtual, licensed OT supervisor

Responsibilities:

Provide approximately 6 hours per week of direct therapy, with the potential for an increase based on student needs Complete necessary indirect hours for documentation, planning, and collaborationanticipate a total of about 10 hours weekly Serve students onsite during flexible school hours (9am-3pm); the charter school can accommodate your preferred workdays Deliver evidence-based interventions and track student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes Maintain compliance with all school and licensure requirements
