Job Description

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity working onsite with elementary students for the full 2026/27 school year. This full-time role welcomes both Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are passionate about supporting student development in a school-based environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Previous experience in an elementary school setting highly preferred Strong understanding of school-based OT protocols and interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs Meets all regulatory requirements for providing school-based services
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver school-based occupational therapy services to elementary students in group and individual settings Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create strategies that support student learning and success Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school and legal requirements Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve IEP goals Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team sessions
