Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting student growth and achievement as an On Site Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity calls for a dynamic professional eager to empower children to succeed at school and beyond. The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview to ensure the best fit for you and the students you'll serve.
Key Qualifications:
Active Nevada State Occupational Therapist Licensure required Skills in fine and gross motor development, with a strong understanding of OT practices in educational settings Experience in schools, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare settings valued COTA and OT school expertise a plus Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills School-based experience preferred, but not mandatory—motivated early career professionals encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies in the classroom and school routines Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals related to occupational therapy Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to comprehensive student care Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and school standards Offer direct and consultative services to support fine and gross motor skill development, self-care, and functional independence Thrive in a setting where your skills help unlock each student's potential!
