Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and other specialists Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students functional and developmental needs within the school environment Develop and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions and supports Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt classroom materials and activities Engage with families to communicate student progress and strategies for success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations, plan of care, and progress notes
