Qualifications & Experience:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Nevada Previous experience delivering OT services in school, home health, or other healthcare settings Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards Strong communication and collaboration skills working with students, families, and staff Ability to adapt interventions for a broad age range (K-8th grade) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate the needs of K-8 students referred for occupational therapy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory, and functional challenges Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support students' academic participation and daily life skills Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings as required Utilize both direct and consultative models of service delivery within school settings Provide resources and recommendations for school staff regarding appropriate accommodations
