School-Based Interviewing Now for the 2026-2027 School Year! Soliant Health is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, onsite school-based opportunities in the Yerington, Nevada area. These positions support both elementary and secondary school settings, providing services that help students improve functional skills, independence, and access to their educational environment. This is a full-time opportunity for Occupational Therapists interested in working with a broad K-12 caseload in a structured school setting with consistent scheduling throughout the academic year. Position Details Full-Time position School year: August 20, 2026 - June 4, 2027 Onsite services Elementary and secondary school openings
Caseload:
approximately 55-60 students School hours vary by site (elementary typically 8:30-3:15, secondary typically 7:30-2:15) Caseload and placement may vary based on district needs Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Support students in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, and functional skills for school participation Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Active Nevada Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team Preferred Previous school-based occupational therapy experience Experience working with K-12 student populations Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Experience with sensory integration strategies and adaptive equipment Benefits Through Soliant Competitive weekly compensation Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Dedicated Recruiter Support Professional Development Opportunities Licensure Assistance Referral Bonus Program Access to School-Based Opportunities Nationwide Why Join Soliant?
