Occupational Therapy Pool Staff Calvado Care - 1.0 Buffalo, NY Job Details Full-time $34 - $43 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer service High school diploma or GED Patient interaction Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Calvado Care LLC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain independence and reach their full potential. Our commitment to providing high-quality care and supportive environment makes us a unique and rewarding place to work. This is a Pool position that will require flexibility to work at our three locations Gasport, Allegany and Aurora Park.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and goals Provide hands-on therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education to improve patient function and mobility Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred Valid New York State Occupational Therapy license Zero years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
