• 50/hour | PRN We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position at Safire Rehab of Southtowns.

Join a rehabilitation setting where you can help residents strengthen functional abilities, regain everyday skills, and work toward greater independence through individualized care. What You'll Do Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Deliver skilled interventions focused on daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance Establish appropriate therapy goals and track resident progress Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment to promote independence and safety Modify treatment approaches based on clinical findings and resident response Provide education to residents and caregivers to support continued progress Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Coordinate with COTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $45
