Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues Creative, solution-oriented mindset adaptable to a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group therapy to support students functional and academic success Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement strategies Assess students needs, document progress, and adjust interventions as necessary Promote engagement and independence in classroom activities, self-care, and peer interactions Provide resources, consultation, and training to teachers and families as appropriate
