Qualifications:

Active and current New York Occupational Therapy license required Prior experience as an OT in a school setting preferred Strong understanding of pediatric assessment tools and intervention strategies Ability to create and implement effective treatment plans Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

Assess students functional abilities and needs within the school setting Develop and carry out therapeutic interventions to support participation in the educational process Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other related service providers Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and ongoing progress according to school and regulatory guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on growth and appropriate therapeutic goals Provide consultation and education to school staff and families to ensure continuity of care Enjoy the advantage of highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay reflecting your expertise and dedication ($45-50 per hour).
