Job Description
CareRite Centers is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this onsite role, you will evaluate post-acute and long-term care residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and document clinical outcomes.
