Job Description:
Evaluate clients & develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs. Choose activities that will help the clients to carry out their daily works independently. Monitor clients as they carry out the task given to them. Observe & assess clients progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly. Maintain safe and clean working environment. Maintain documentation of client care services by auditing records. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current New York State OT License. Experience in an Assisted Living settings preferred. Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
