In this Occupational Therapist role, you will help support students in reaching greater independence and functional success through individualized therapeutic care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering closely with educators, families, and care teams to support each student's development and overall well-being. #IND9 Responsibilities Evaluate students and develop occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional abilities and goals. Provide therapy services in accordance with

IFSP/IEP

plans and agency guidelines. Support development of daily living skills including feeding, dressing, hygiene, fine motor, and sensory skills. Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes and recommendations. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and case reviews. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in each student's care. Refer students to additional clinical services when appropriate. Design or adapt assistive devices such as splints or braces when needed. Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and therapy reports. Assist with program development, staff training, and supervision of Occupational Therapy students or assistants when required. Requirements Licensed Occupational Therapist with active state certification. Bachelor's degree in a related field. At least 1 year of school-based occupational therapy experience. Experience developing and implementing IFSP or IEP therapy goals for students. Strong documentation skills for progress notes, evaluations, and compliance reporting. Experience supporting students in sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill development. Collaborative experience working with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams. Eligible to work in the United States.
