Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist license Experience working in school settings with elementary, middle, and high school students Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage students, staff, and families Proven skills in developing individualized treatment plans that address a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students on a K-12th grade caseload Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals Provide screenings, evaluations, and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines Create engaging, functional interventions that support student participation and success in academic and daily activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided This contract role is offered as a W-2 position, providing a straightforward employment relationship with eligibility for applicable withholdings and protections.
