1. Working knowledge of Next Generation Learning Standards and NY state assessments 2. The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool 3. Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement 4. Broad experience with a variety of occupational therapy techniques 5. Ability to differentiate instruction for delayed learners 6. Evidence of strong management skills with age appropriate experiences 7. Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate with and support other staff 8. Loyalty and evidence of being a team player 9. Willingness to visit student homes 10. Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community
