Overview Little Leaps & Sounds, LLC is actively seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support current and ongoing preschool special education (CPSE) referrals throughout Rockland County, NY. We are a locally owned, clinician-led agency offering $95 per hour of direct service and flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunities. Whether you're looking to add a few pediatric cases to your existing schedule or build a larger caseload, you can accept opportunities based on your availability, preferred geographic area, and professional interests. There is no minimum caseload requirement. Services are provided in children's natural environments, including homes, preschools/daycares, and community settings throughout Rockland County. What You'll Do Provide individualized occupational therapy to preschool-aged children in accordance with each child's IEP Support fine motor development, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-care skills, and functional participation Maintain required session notes and documentation Communicate professionally with families and members of the child's educational team as appropriate Maintain required professional credentials and County documentation What We're Looking For Current New York State Occupational Therapist license Current professional liability insurance At least 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience Reliable transportation for community-based services Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills A warm, dependable, child-centered approach Compensation & Flexibility $95 per hour of direct service Most CPSE sessions are 30 minutes; compensation is prorated based on session length.
