Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Eastern Star Home and Campus | Oriskany, NY $38-$44/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Eastern Star Home and Campus. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve daily function, build confidence, and maintain greater independence. What You'll Do Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance Establish appropriate therapy goals and monitor resident progress Introduce adaptive techniques and equipment to support safety and independence Adjust treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy Provide education to residents and caregivers to support continued progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Work closely with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $38-$44/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative and supportive rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New York Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply If you're an OT who enjoys helping residents strengthen everyday skills and make meaningful progress toward greater independence, we'd love to hear from you.
