Beautiful Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Long Island is currently recruiting for a Full Time Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patient s with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven intervention to patients with a variety of personalities Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers; consult with other health professionals Monitor patient response to treatment intervention Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations Work collaboratively with a supportive team of therapists and nursing staff
