Strong Roots Pediatric Therapy and Wellness is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first hires in our expanding practice and play a hands-on role in shaping workflows. Together, we'll streamline administrative tasks so you can focus on what truly matters—empowering children through purposeful, developmentally rich therapy! As an OT at Strong Roots, you'll work with children ages 2-6+ who present with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, and self-help needs. Your schedule will align with the school district calendar and include a 6-week extended school year program during the summer months. Services will be provided across a range of settings including homes, daycares, preschools, and in-office sessions at our Greece location. You'll deliver 1:1 and small group therapy while supporting students in achieving their IEP goals through creative, functional, play-based interventions that meet them where they are. This role also includes documentation of daily sessions, quarterly progress, and annual reviews to ensure each child's success and continued growth. This is a fee-for-service position, meaning you are reimbursed for sessions completed. You are free to manage your own schedule, workload, and potential salary. Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Licensed in New York State as an Occupational Therapist At least 2 years of experience in pediatric therapy is preferred A commitment to integrating traditional therapy methods with a whole-child wellness approach Valid NYS Driver's License A team player with a coachable attitude Must be adaptable and open to evolving workflows, with a willingness to pivot as procedures and practice needs change.
