We are looking for a full time temporary OT, who is committed and patient-focused to develop, recover or maintain the daily living and work skills of clients. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and developing treatment programs, and treating patients. Performs Occupational Therapy procedures to restore function, prevent disability, and maximize the potential and quality of life following illness, disease, injury, surgery, or disuse. As a representative of the Rehabilitation Department, and of the organization, it is required that the Occupational Therapist perform the essential functions of the job in a professional manner, with a positive attitude and is aware and supportive of the mission, vision, resident Bill of Rights, policies, and procedures of the organization. Valid license in NYS to practice occupational therapy required
