is seeking an experienced, reliable Occupational Therapist (OT) to treat students in a local school district , conduct

CSE/CPSE

occupational therapy evaluations, and/or to treat CPSE clients throughout Westchester County, NY . Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to students within a school setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, related service providers, and school staff Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP implementation and meetings as needed Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations as part of the

CSE/CPSE

process Administer appropriate standardized and informal assessment measures Assess fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, gross motor, self-care, and functional skills as appropriate Review educational, developmental, and relevant background information Prepare clear, professional, and thorough written evaluation reports Provide recommendations based on evaluation findings Complete reports accurately and within required deadlines Maintain required documentation Qualifications New York State licensed and registered Occupational Therapist Experience working with school-aged children preferred Experience conducting school-based OT evaluations preferred Strong assessment and report-writing skills Knowledge of standardized pediatric OT assessments Ability to work independently and meet report deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation for school-based evaluations Why Join Rye Therapies?
