In this contract position, youll engage with students each week, fostering their development and independence through effective therapeutic interventions. What Youll Do:

Deliver Occupational Therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and areas for growth Develop and implement personalized treatment goals and activities Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to integrate strategies into the classroom and home Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Share recommendations and resources to promote student engagement and participation in school routines

Desired Background:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Current state licensure as an OT Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric clients preferred Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Compassion and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working with diverse student populations
