Job Description

Hennis Care Centre of Bolivar is a family-owned skilled and operated skilled nursing facility. Our facility has four nursing units: Transitional Therapy, Rehab, Long-term Care, and Memory Care. We strive to provide our residents and employees with the best care possible.
About the position:
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus• Complimentary lunches provided for staff daily We are looking for reliable PRN Occupational Therapists to take excellent care of our residents while working together as a team, where you will: Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible. Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment, preventative measures and adaptive equipment to prevent decline in resident function Provide appropriate resident or caregiver education to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible Maintain timely and accurate resident reports as required by federal, state and local regulations Maintain HIPPA at all times
Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Ohio Prior experience in long-term care/skilled nursing is a plus but not required All applicants must complete a pre-employment physical as well as a drug and alcohol screen. All applicants must have a criminal background check prior to employment
Pay:
$50.00 - $52.00 per hour
