This rewarding role focuses on working with children and adolescents with autism and other neurological developmental conditions , helping them reach their fullest potential in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Work Setting:
Collaborative team environment Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental challenges Create and implement treatment plans to address fine motor, self-care, sensory processing, and daily living skills Collaborate with families, teachers, and multi-disciplinary team members to support treatment goals Track, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately Promote independence and confidence in children through skill-building and support Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) Experience with autism and neurological developmental conditions preferred Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping children
