Position Requirements:

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Ohio ODE (Ohio Department of Education) certification Previous experience in school-based settings or working with school-aged children is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to independently manage a diverse elementary and middle school caseload

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and address students' functional needs within the educational environment Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students' participation in school activities Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain clear and accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support Adapt strategies and tools to best serve each unique student population
