Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in the Defiance, OH area for a top Rehabilitation company. INDP Schedule and Benefits:

Job Duties:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve daily living skills, mobility, communication, and independence. Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, self-help devices, and environmental modifications. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow all clinical policies and procedures. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain equipment and company property in good working condition. Participate in continuing education and maintain required licensure and certifications.
Qualifications:
