Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Active state OT license or eligibility Experience in hospital-based rehabilitation preferred Ability to assess functional levels and develop individualized treatment plans Comfort collaborating within an interdisciplinary team Effective communicator with patients, families, and team members Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement Strong documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients per physician orders; develop & implement customized treatment plans Collaborate on patient discharge planning and provide family/caregiver education Participate in team meetings; communicate effectively across disciplines Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students Complete documentation efficiently and accurately Maintain flexibility in scheduling and positively resolve conflicts Promote patient and employee safety at every step Uphold professional appearance, confidentiality, and customer service standards
