Qualifications:

Valid Ohio OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong pediatric assessment and intervention skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs and school guidelines Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goal-setting Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapy professionals to support student success Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
