Travel position - schedule details will be tailored to departmental and patient needsQualifications & Desired Experience:
Current, valid license to practice Occupational Therapy Experience in hospital-based therapy and rehabilitation (preferred) Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to supervise COTAs, students, and new staffPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assess patient function following physician orders and develop tailored treatment plans Carry out occupational therapy interventions in line with patient goals and facility policies Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning Complete documentation in accordance with departmental standards and timelines Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and OT/COTA students Promote a culture of safety at all times, focusing on patient, staff, and self-protection Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff Uphold all facility guidelines regarding professional conduct, appearance, and timelinessBenefits & Travel Perks:
