Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make an impact in the lives of students while growing your career as an Occupational Therapist. This contract position is ideal for a dedicated professional with expertise in various OT settings, including schools, home health, and teletherapy. Your skills will support students in achieving their academic and developmental goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapist license Experience providing OT services in school-based, home health, or healthcare environments Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and techniques Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Passion for supporting children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student requirements Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student progress Deliver therapy sessions in person, at home, or via teletherapy as needed Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment, and progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students Provide ongoing support, resources, and education to families and staff
