We are a relationship-centered clinic focused on supporting children and families through direct therapy as well as meaningful therapist led social groups through Functional Friends Foundation. Our clinic values creativity, teamwork, authenticity, and meaningful connections. We are seeking mission-driven, values-aligned clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in both a clinical setting and within our community-centered nonprofit social programs through Functional Friends Foundation Requirements Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license in good standing NBCOT certification Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with pediatric passion are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide engaging, play-based, and evidence-informed occupational therapy interventions Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment reports Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Educate and support caregivers through coaching and home strategies Maintain a positive, organized, and professional clinical environment Participate in team collaboration and clinic growth initiatives Opportunity to assist with community social groups and nonprofit programming
