Winding Willows is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a flexible part-time to full-time position. Winding Willows provides pediatric Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and community-based classes. We believe in supporting the whole child through a relationship-based, family-centered, regulation-first approach. Our clinic environment is collaborative, flexible, and therapist-led. We value creativity, clinical autonomy, mentorship, lifelong learning, and quality of care over traditional productivity quotas. We welcome both experienced pediatric OTs and new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Caseload & Growth Opportunities Winding Willows currently has an existing pediatric waitlist and opportunities for a new therapist to begin building a caseload. Depending on therapist interests and availability, opportunities may include: Outpatient pediatric occupational therapy at our Miamisburg clinic School-based services for students through the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship Program Potential Early Intervention opportunities Opportunities to participate in or help develop future pediatric programs, caregiver education, and community-based services This position can be shaped around the therapist's interests, availability, and desired caseload, with opportunities to grow from part-time toward full-time. Responsibilities Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Support children in areas including sensory processing and self-regulation, fine motor and visual-motor skills, motor planning, coordination, developmental skills, and participation in daily routines Complete documentation in a timely manner using Jane EMR Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other providers Provide parent/caregiver education and home program recommendations Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration opportunities Contribute ideas for future programs, classes, and community outreach initiatives Areas of Clinical Interest Experience is welcome, but not required, in areas such as: Sensory processing and emotional/self-regulation Fine motor and visual-motor development Motor planning and coordination Early childhood development Autism and ADHD Primitive reflex integration Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) We also welcome clinicians with other pediatric specialties or areas of interest they would like to bring to the practice. Qualifications Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team Passion for family-centered pediatric care New graduates are encouraged to apply.
