Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to improve residents' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination Work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to progress treatment plans and achieve desired outcomes Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and expertise and promote collaborative care
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (entry-level candidates welcome to apply!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
