Job Description

Sprout Therapy | Strongsville, OH | $38-$44/hour based on experience and employment arrangement We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR/L or COTA) to join our growing team in Strongsville, Ohio. We are a therapist locally owned pediatric therapy practice providing occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and ABA services to children and families. If you are an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and wants to practice in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, we would love to hear from you! About the Position This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys providing individualized, child-centered therapy and wants the opportunity to collaborate with other pediatric professionals. Our Occupational Therapists work with children with a variety of developmental and functional needs, including challenges related to: Fine motor skills Gross motor coordination Sensory processing and regulation Activities of daily living (ADLs) Visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills Developmental delays Autism and other developmental disabilities Feeding and functional participation School and classroom-related skills You will have the opportunity to work closely with SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other professionals to support each child's individual goals. What You'll Do Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans Address fine motor, sensory, developmental, functional, and self-care skills Complete appropriate clinical documentation and progress reports Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and recommendations Collaborate with other members of the child's therapy team Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional therapy environment What We're Looking For Current Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license or
COTA OTR/L
credentials preferred Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred Experience with children with developmental disabilities, autism, sensory processing needs, or developmental delays is a plus Strong communication and documentation skills New graduates and experienced pediatric OTs are encouraged to apply.
