Pediatric Occupational Therapist — Contract Evaluations Only Tulsa Sunshine Center

  • In-person Locally owned pediatric OT + speech clinic since 2009.
We need a licensed OT to pick up evaluations and re-evaluations — not a full treatment caseload. The work Complete pediatric OT evaluations and re-evaluations (about 1 hour with the child/family) Write a clear, family-friendly evaluation report Typical needs: developmental delays, sensory processing, fine/gross motor, autism-related occupational needs, school-related concerns Schedule Contract / as-needed Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday until 7:00 pm , Friday until 6:00 pm Evening eval slots are available — a good fit if you already have a day job or school contract Pay $70 for the 1-hour evaluation appointment $70 for the evaluation report $140 when both are completed What we need Graduate of an accredited OT program Licensed or eligible in Oklahoma Pediatric evaluation experience preferred Solid, timely documentation How to apply https://www.tulsasunshinecenter.com/employment
