Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities to provide quality care to patients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical and mental capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current on the latest occupational therapy techniques and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working in a hospital or ICU setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of acute care practices.
