What You'll Do:

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders Develop and implement personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards Administer rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatments as needed Provide consultation and support to patients, families, and caregivers Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient status and care strategies Complete discharge summaries and maintain accurate electronic records Participate in team meetings, trainings, and facility activities Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants, aides, and students as applicable Maintain adherence to NBCOT and state practice acts, professional ethics, and conduct

What You Need:
