Qualifications and Experience:

Completion of a Master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license for Oregon (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in a school-based setting highly preferred Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff Ability to adapt therapy plans to a variety of developmental levels (K-12) Team-oriented with a commitment to student empowerment

Responsibilities:

Assess sensory, motor, and functional needs of students across grade levels Develop and implement targeted treatment plans and interventions Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements Work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to support IEP/504 Plan goals Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance student participation and engagement Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages growth and self-confidence This contract position offers exceptional flexibility to balance work and personal life, while allowing you to focus your clinical skills on meaningful interactions.
