Key Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license (OTR) Previous experience working within school settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education guidelines Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapy interventions for a diverse caseload Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Energetic, flexible, and adaptable with a passion for helping children thrive Reliable transportation to service locations within

Clatsop County Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students in person Develop goals and treatment plans tailored to individual student needs, supporting academic and functional participation Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Consult with educational teams and contribute to IEP meetings Provide training, resources, and support to educators and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation This contract opportunity is available starting July 6, 2026. The assignment is temporary, continuing month-to-month until the position is permanently filled.
