Your responsibilities include evaluating and treating clients in their homes, developing care plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve function and safety. You will work independently and adapt care to each clients needs.

The hospital is a Level IV trauma facility and maintains a 24-hour emergency department. In addition to the main facility, the hospital offers services at several outreach clinics in the region, as well as at monthly specialty clinics that focus on specific conditions including urology, gynecology, and podiatry. Facility Location Named for the nearby John Day River, a scenic tributary of the Columbia River, John Day is a small town at under 2,000, but the largest in the county. The city is situated amidst the beautiful landscape of northern Oregon and offers much in the way of hiking, camping and fishing options for fans of the outdoors.
