Requirements and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT licensure in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities Passion for working with children and adolescents with diverse needs Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Responsibilities Include:

Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, in both individual and group formats Assessing students' functional abilities and developing tailored intervention plans Participating actively in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary planning Progress monitoring, documentation, and timely reporting Educating staff and families on strategies and assistive devices to support student engagement Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and building independence In addition to the opportunity to shape young lives, enjoy a competitive pay range of $50-$55 per hour.
