This full-time, onsite contract role extends through June 17th, providing invaluable support to schools in the region. As an itinerant therapist, youll collaborate with educators and families, traveling between sites to ensure high-quality services and creative solutions for a diverse student population.

Desired Experience & Skills:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in Oregon Background working with children in educational or healthcare settings Previous experience supporting schools, home health, or clinical pediatric care is preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities Excellent time management for itinerant assignments Collaborative communicator, adept at building rapport with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt approaches to meet varying student needs

What Youll Be Doing:

Deliver assessments and therapy for students to support their educational access Develop evidence-based intervention plans and individualized goals Consult with teachers and school teams to implement strategies within classrooms and homes Travel to multiple school sites throughout Lincoln County and the Oregon coastline Maintain detailed treatment documentation in compliance with relevant guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful recommendations for student success Stay current on best practices for school-based therapy
