Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required qualifications:

Occupational Therapist Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, OrMaster's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, OrPh.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience. Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience. Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Pay:

Up to $151,000.00 per year
