Job Description
What You'll Need:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in school-based OT or related pediatric settings Familiarity with IEPs, therapeutic strategies for various age groups, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt services across diverse student needs from kindergarten through 12th gradeKey Responsibilities:
Deliver both direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in K-12 settings Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and communicate effectively with educators and families Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to enhance student outcomes Focus solely on providing contracted OT services—no additional district duties like bus or parent pick-up assignmentsWhat Sets This Role Apart:
