Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) — Chambersburg or Carlisle, PA $34-$36/hr OR $70,000-$75,000/yr Join a Growing Pediatric Practice Making a Real Difference in Central PA! A pediatric outpatient clinic with locations in Chambersburg and Carlisle, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist. New grads are welcome — a full caseload is ready and schedules fill quickly after start.

Specialized pediatric caseload with genuine community need Multidisciplinary team alongside SLP and PT; all therapists AAC-trained through LAMP Collaborative, supportive culture where clinicians are set up to succeed from day one Fast-growing practice with kids on a waitlist ready to be seen Position highlights: $34-$36/hr depending on experience; new grads welcome First 90 days: hourly/clock in-clock out; transition to salary upon establishing a full caseload Full-time or part-time available Flexible scheduling: 4x10 schedules available, 1-2 evening days expected with flexibility on other days Benefits at a glance: Medical, dental & vision benefits available at 30+ hours/week Structured onboarding and mentorship Professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Active or pending PA OT license Pediatric experience or strong interest in working with children Ability to work in-person in Chambersburg or Carlisle, PA Team-oriented, energetic, and committed to delivering quality care to kids and families All applications receive a response within 24 hours.
