Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT)— Chambersburg or Carlisle, PA $34-$36/hr OR $70,000-$75,000/yr Join a Growing Pediatric Practice Making a Real Difference in Central PA! A pediatric outpatient clinic in Chambersburg or Carlisle, PA is seeking an OT. New grads are welcome.

Pediatric caseload Multidisciplinary team alongside SLP and PT; all therapists AAC-trained through LAMP Collaborative, supportive culture with structured onboarding Fast-growing clinic with genuine community need Position highlights: $34-$36/hr Compensation commensurate with experience and credential level; new grads welcome A strong caseload is ready and full schedules are buildable quickly after start. First 90 days: hourly/clock in-clock out; transition to salary upon establishing a full caseload Full-time or part-time Flexible scheduling: 4x10 schedules available, 1-2 evening days expected with flexibility on other days Benefits at a glance: Medical, dental & vision benefits available at 30+ hours/week Structured onboarding and mentorship Professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Active or pending PA OT license Pediatric experience or strong interest in working with children Ability to work in-person in Chambersburg, PA or Carlisle, PA Team-oriented, energetic, and committed to quality pediatric care All applications receive a response within 24 hours. --
