Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing vital occupational therapy services to students in an onsite K-12 school environment. This role is designed for a compassionate, skilled OT who thrives in dynamic, urban settings and values making an impact across a diverse student population. This full-time position offers 30 hours per week with a schedule running from your start date through June 12, 2026. With a single opening, you'll enjoy the chance to collaborate closely with school staff and administrators as part of an innovative team committed to students' success.
What You'll Bring:
Pennsylvania OT license/certification (active and in good standing) Demonstrated experience delivering OT services in school-based settings Confidence working onsite within an urban community Experience supporting K-12 aged students, adapting services across developmental levels Willingness to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances Ability and readiness to provide documentation of licensure before onboarding COTAs are not considered for this position
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and deliver occupational therapy services within a K-12 caseload, adapting plans for each student's unique needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to support students' goals Implement and monitor intervention plans, observing progress and adjusting as needed Participate in meetings, assessments, and professional development as scheduled onsite Uphold best practices and compliance according to Pennsylvania and school policies The selection process includes a Zoom interview for your convenience and a straightforward onboarding procedure.
