Job Description

Make a positive difference in the lives of K-12 students by providing occupational therapy services in a dynamic and supportive school environment. This contract opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about helping children achieve their fullest potential through targeted interventions and collaborative care.
Key Qualifications:
Active and valid PA Occupational Therapy license/certification is required Demonstrated experience delivering occupational therapy services within a school setting (K-12) Comfortable and effective working in an urban school community Must be available for onsite services—remote or hybrid work are not options Willingness to undergo and obtain all required PA clearances prior to start Experience with a range of student needs and diverse populations No COTAs considered for this position Ability to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the selection process Must send licensure documentation during the application process
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions tailored to support each student's educational goals Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to create and implement student plans Conduct ongoing assessments, document progress, and adapt interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and parent conferences Provide consultation and training for staff regarding best practices in occupational therapy strategies Support all aspects of student well-being and engagement in the school setting This is a full-time, onsite contract role, working 30 hours per week through June 12, 2026.
