$89,950.99 - $99,945.54 annuallyEmployment Type:
Direct Hire What You'll Do- Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Help patients improve mobility, independence, and performance with daily living activities.
- Provide education and therapeutic interventions to patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to maximize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in Home Health, Medical-Surgical, or Rehabilitation settings preferred
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injuries
