Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant educational environment. Qualifications & Experience:

Current Occupational Therapist Certification is required at the time of application Prior experience working in school-based OT preferred, with a strong understanding of educational processes Confident managing caseloads for both high school and elementary populations Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills Ability to quickly integrate and collaborate with educational teams

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students, assessing and addressing needs to foster academic and functional success Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and document progress Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff to develop tailored strategies and accommodations Promote students' participation in school routines, fine motor skills, and self-care abilities Travel between two schools as needed, ensuring consistent services for assigned caseload Maintain accurate documentation in line with school policies and professional standards This role offers a consistent 35-hour work week, with typical hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, starting as soon as possible and continuing through May 28, 2027.
